Reservation and Cancellation Policy
- When an order is received in Male’, respective customer will be notified through an SMS where delivery instructions need to be informed through SMS/viber to - or FB page
- The goods will only be held maximum three days in waiting for delivery instructions, failure will cancel the order automatically
- However, Customers can reserve the goods by paying half payment of the full price until an agreed date.
Delivery policy
- Free Delivery to customers in Male’ and Hulhumale every day between 8-10pm
- Delivery to Islands via Maldives Post & Cargo, shipping charges borne by customer
- We will only try to deliver for maximum of 3 days, if the customer fails to receive the goods in the duration,delivery will be cancelled but is open for customer pickup for maximum 7 days.
- The order will hence cancel after 7 days, except for reserved items
